How it works
When you sign up, we'll set you up with a members portal that your members can gain access to by paying a subscription you set, or you can manually grant them access.
Through this members portal, your members can access your pantry to order food or book members-only events.
One system to handle both needs, built specifically for farms. Use the pantry system to manage the produce you sell, and use the event system for gatherings, workshops, classes, camping, and accommodation.
But that's not all...
Little Farma is built for you to get paid regularly and upfront, all while creating more customer loyalty.
When you sign up, your farm gets its very own token system.
Every month, members receive a certain amount of tokens with their subscription payment, set by you.
They can:
- Spend those tokens on food or events
- Save them up and spend them later
- Top up more tokens and spend them immediately
- Trade them with each other
Tokens aren't refundable. So once they've bought tokens, they've bought in to your ecosystem.
Members pay their monthly subscription, you get paid upfront, and they can use their tokens to order food or book events whenever is convenient for them.
No pausing their subscription if they're away, no rearranging orders for a more convenient time, and no changing order amounts if desire changes. They choose how much food they want, when they want. And it doesn't change when you get paid.
On the surface, this makes your cash flow more predictable.
At a deeper level, it builds an ecosystem: a true interdependent community around your farm.
Members can trade tokens in exchange for goods and services they want to offer each other, and the tokens always have value because they can be spent on food and events that you provide.
